It
is really important that the wood is dry. If it is not,
all that is required is one dry day and your valuable wooden
guitar will start to crack and distort. Our experience has
been that if you build a guitar of wood that has not been
cured properly, it will, without question, eventually die
a sudden death. As a result, all wood at Carson Crickmore
Guitars is selected by Phil Carson Crickmore, cut and dried
by Phil and eventually hand-crafted into guitars by him.
It is a long process which cannot be avoided.
