The 12 Day Introduction to Guitar Making is an excellent Value packed Course , the focus on this Course other than the Guitar being constructed is the Material Selection and design coupled with Teaching methodology and fine hand skills to produce a well balance well constructed Instrument that will be enjoyed for years to come

Materials used on the Course are all selected Air dried Tone woods using time proven designs 

On completion of the Guitar itself but as importantly all the jigs and proccesses that go into making these instruments will be employed to complete the instrument.

Back & sides: Aged / quartered Air dried AAA Blackwood Tone wood / Bracing Alaskan Yellow Cedar.

Top / Sitka spruce or (Alaskan Yellow Cedar/ reclaimed ) Bracing Sitka Spruce.

Neck / quartered Mahogany with Truss Rod.

Fingerboard & Bridge /quartered  Rosewood / Fret markers 4mm abalone.

Bindings / Rosewood.

Rosette  6mm/ bwb stringers / Spaltered Sassafras.

Nut and Saddle Bone.

Bridge Pins / Ebony or Rosewood.

Tunners  /Gotoh Vintage open back

Finish / Grain Filled / Shellac / Nitro
